I dropped by Vision Depot because my eyeglass lens fell out. I was expecting to pay to have them fixed however the owner not only fixed them immediately but at no charge. Since I was in the market for new glasses I arranged an eye exam. Great service and very friendly. We are conveniently located in Mississauga Ontario at the Applewood Hills Plaza just west of Dixie Road on Bloor Street.

I just dropped by this place to see if they could even out the arms on my sunglasses. The lady that helped me out did a great job and didn't even charge me even though I didn't purchase my sunglasses from them. Next time I need a pair of glasses I'm coming here. Excellent customer service!

We really appreciated Allan's quick work at Vision Depot. My wife needed her glasses fixed after an arm broke, and Allan was thankfully able to help her out. Quality repair and great service especially in a tight timeframe. Highly Recommend !!

Excellent service, friendly and and seems to really care about his customers. I went in to fix my frames and he didnt even want to charge as it turned out to be a minor repair! Very honest. Will go back.

I had to get my reading glasses repaired and went to Vision Depot. The owner is very hospitable and friendly, great customer service. He fixed my glasses quickly and gave me useful suggestions on how to maintain them. Quite experienced, and gave the service for a very nominal fee.

After calling around other opticians and shops in the area, vision depot was the only one that had nose pads that fit my Ray Bans perfectly. also fixed them quickly & for a great price. really appreciate it and i will be back in the future if i need anything glasses related 👍👍

These guys are great, they fixed my beloved Smith Gibson sunglasses within 10 minutes. I went to Hakim and Lenscrafters as well as another brand name eyeglass repair store and they said they cannot do it. Hakim attempted but couldnt get the broken screw out of the temple hinge after making me wait 30 minutes. Allan and his team have the equipment and the knowhow to get the job done quickly and their prices are great. I even got my lenses replaced as I couldn't do it myself. Highly recommended.

Have been going to Alan for years and have never been disappointed. The customer service and quality of glasses are what keep me coming back. You may get cheaper glasses somewhere else but you also don't get the proper fitting frame and quality of follow up.

The owner, Allan Benjamin fixed my glasses for free when my lense fell out.

Since I needed new glasses he arranged a eye test for me at his location and it ended up being free. I now have new reading glasses plus a free second pair.

Such a good deal I had him upgrade my prescription for my sunglasses.

Overall excellent service at a great price. If you need new glasses and are near Dixie and Blood in Mississauga visit Allan at Vision Depot.
