Powder coating is a simple process in which paint in a finely ground powder form is sprayed onto a surface. The sprayed part is then placed in an oven where the powder melts, flows, and fuses into a continuous coating which is very hard and has no porosity. Powder coating has greater resistance to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes such as wet coating.

I've used them occasionally over the last few years always good quality with reasonable turn around times and prices there new location has good access backing in is no longer required unlike there old location

I brought my freshly blasted winch bumper here to be powder coated Wednesday morning. I picked up the bumper Thursday morning. Coating on bumper was the Flat black I had chosen and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Bumper looks amazing. After reading the first review, I to was sceptical, the second review on the other hand made me think about what the fist guys said (and on that) if your taking something in to get it power coated and or chromed, you should make sure what you are getting done is all you want finished (as in, the rubber plugs should have been removed by the owner) As for Surrey Power Coating, I took in a small part (from a home project 1 3/4 inch long and about one round aluminium) The man said one hour, when I went back 50 min later it was done and looked great, plus, NO CHARGE! I haven't been there before and
