David and his team over delivered with the job they did and they undersold. They were all full of integrity, honesty and listened. Their attention to the details was meticulous. They were extremely thoughtful and polite. Last we felt as though the cleanup was extremely thorough.

David was very helpful in picking a colour and explaining how they will prepare the stucco and seal any cracks. The crew arrived on time to start the work, power washed the entire house, they spent extra time and effort on the area I BBQed in. They taped and sealed the windows, doors and the lower wood siding. There was zero overspray, they even covered the sidewalk around the house. They arrived promptly each day and worked steady until everything was finished for the day. Love these guys! Very impressed with the transformation of my house and the professionalism shown me by the CHIC team. We initially had this done about 3 years ago and are still thrilled with it. Since then; though, we’ve done some construction which resulted in a few areas needing a touch up. It took one email and a quick text and they were back at it, no questions asked. I waited 9 months to write this because I don't trust reviews that happen too quickly. I am very impressed with this coating. Both the product and the service was excellent. More importantly I found the integrity of David and his team to be outstanding. During the cleaning process there was a little damage to two windows. David did a tremendous amount of research and several trips back and forth from Burnaby to Abbotsford to make sure the repairs were such that the windows repaired quickly and at a higher quality than when they were new. In 2012, we had a CHIC dealer, Modern Exteriors Ltd. from Vernon do the CHIC process on our house, three exterior walls on a 1350 sq. ft. house. By 2014, two years later, discoloration and streaks were appearing in a number of areas. Modern Exteriors was no longer a dealer and would not do anything to deal with the problem. We contacted CHIC in Burnaby. In the fall of 2014, they sent a representative to look at our house, and were not pleased with the job they saw. CHIC has been painting my building for 3 weeks. Painters were so quiet polite and respectful and they are like little bees working around the hive. Their workmanship is meticulous and their moto must be," lets do it right so we do not have to come back "as it is guarantied for 20 years. Their suggestions for color and shade is beyond excellent.
