Lin is an excellent realtor. She spent time initially researching and recommending the selling price. The price turned out to be exactly on the mark as evidenced by numerous calls starting the morning of the ad on MLS, and it was sold the next night! Amazing in this tenuous real estate market. During the process Lin kept us informed of the progress, dealt with interested buyers, and closed the deal easily! We highly recommend her because of her lovely personable approach, cleverness, very organized and follows up, easy to contact, and cares about the clients.

Lin was really lovely to deal with for our first home purchase. She was extremely responsive, flexible, helpful, and pleasant to work with. We appreciated her patience as this was our first home and we needed a lot of help. She was very diligent about following up and staying on top of things. Lin was also very easy to communicate with via text/ phone and never kept us waiting.

Lin assisted with selling our home in Calgary in 2016 when the market was considered to be a buyer's market. She assisted with staging the home which brought a ton of value. She would receive texts from us at the Home Sense and would tell us which pictures, pillows etc would look great-it worked!
We had an offer & signed deal on our home within 24 hours of it going on the market. Lin was an awesome resource the whole way through and even had professional photos done which helped attract the right buyer from day one. We got exactly what we hoped for our home and in record
