I highly recommend Mike Heeley for home inspections. Not only is he professional and courteous, he really goes the distance you need to ensure your house is properly inspected. And he tries his hardest to inspect everything to a T, due to his great inspection skills and capabilities, he had unveiled a long list of things that I suspect the owner as well as the agent was attempting to cover up.
He was able to detect fungus, mice, termites, and foundation issues etc. amongst other things. I am super grateful for his service and will definitely use him again in the future. Mike was extremely detailed and thorough in his inspection. He walked us through the entire process and explained to us in detail what corrections were required.

Mike was great. He was thorough and you can tell he really cares about his business and your home! He made us feel comfortable even with all the technical notes. Mike sent us detailed notes of what our house needed and also prioritize what should be done. I highly recommend him. It's like getting a great detailed manual to your home when you purchase it!

I just moved into my childhood home and needed a status report on where things stood. The place had been neglected for years, and I needed to know if it was safe to live in and where the repairs needed to happen. I also wanted a hard-copy print out of the report, that I could easily reference. Mike provided a thorough inspection, looking at all the major systems of my house. Mike just inspected our second home we’re purchasing and both times have been wonderful. He was so thorough throughout the inspection and explained every single thing in the house to us we would need to have replaced/repaired right away and then what could wait a bit. He also had the inspection report to us within a few hours and it was so detailed! I would 100% recommend his services to anyone.
