Customer service needs to be improved. Staff are kind in store but as soon as your money is taken there is barely any assistance. Forget trying to track your furniture if you are out of town - no one seems to have any answers and when they say they will call you back they don't. They have your money and they wipe their hands clean

The quality at Inside Out Furniture is excellent! My entire backyard patio is furnished by Inside Out Patio Furniture and I am beyond satisfied. I had a great experience at this location. Nick, the manager was so nice and really helped me out through the whole process of choosing our new patio umbrella. The other staff members were nice and knowledgeable as well.
The price was nice, the only thing -which is totally my fault- I forgot to check in on Yelp prior purchase to get a free delivery, oh well next time.
I love the new umbrella great materials and high quality.

I love this store. They have amazing selection of beautiful patio furniture, gas fire pits, cast aluminum dining sets, cushions etc. Excellent quality and well priced.

Bought a lot of indoor/outdoor furniture from them. We paid to have it delivered and set up in Muskoka. No cushions were sent with the furniture (they were sent 8 days later by FedEx). People were at the house when the delivery took place, but they left the furniture on the front lawn and didn't tell anyone. We had to drag the set into the house, unpack it and set it up.
Dealing with them was very difficult. We asked to speak with the owner and they said "he was too busy to talk with us". Asked for a refund on the delivery, but no response. Some parts were missing and they never
