Purchased a U shape sectional with firetable. Everything was received promptly, however 3 pieces were damaged in transit by the shipping company. Andrew at IPF was very professional and arranged to have replacements which he delivered personally. Now is that amazing customer service? Thank you everyone at Island Patio, we couldn't be any happier with our purchase and experience.

We are so happy with our u-shaped patio furniture. The customer service was fantastic and we received it at our door within 7 days of ordering despite being in another province. It looks amazing on our deck and the pillows are so comfortable. Our only complaint is that the side tables were a bit of work to put together - would have paid the extra shipping for them to be put together beforehand :)

I recently purchased a patio set and fire table from here. The patio set looks sturdy and cushions are comfortable. This is more of a review on the service response on a faulty part in the fire table. One of the screws screwed in halfway then stopped and then wouldn't screw out even after trying to pull and screw out with a crowbar. I asked for either a discount or to have the new part delivered out but was denied on both fronts. I was told that if I drove it out to Abbotsford they would fix it which yes is a solution but I feel like a good service company would just either provide a discount for
