We are a family owned, second-generation custom pool, hot tub and water feature construction company that makes outdoor dreams come true. BonaVista's pool sales and service division is managed by brother and sister team Peter and Melissa Brown, and is based in Markham, Ontario.

We bought a hot tub in April and it just arrived (mid Dec). Covid has created so many issues and delays, but Rob was amazing at keeping us updated and as soon as it was available he was on it! The delivery was smooth and easy. Rob came over once the tub was full and walked us though everything and is always available for questions. Top notch service all the way!

Just received our hot tub last week and we are fully enjoying it. We had to wait for it a few months due to Covid but we were made aware of that from the beginning. Rob clearly communicated the timeline and… supplied us with excellent references for an electrician and a crane company. The delivery was smooth and the installation team were friendly and professional. Rob came and gave us a chemistry 101 tutorial and showed us how to maintain the tub. He also told us that we can bring a water sample by the store anytime and they can inform us on how to make things right if we are having any

Rob at BonaVista was a great help in determining what hot tub would fit our preference and we went with them as the manufacturer is a Canadian operation and the quality was excellent. I also really liked the range of fittings and styles. My husband is very tall and I am average so needed a hot tub that would fit us both and found the perfect one. We had delays in delivery mainly due to Covid impacts in supply chain but now we have it and enjoy daily. The staff continue to help post sale with an questions and do free water testing which have found helpful as you learn how to balance. Would definitely

Our experience with Bonavista has been great. We purchased our new Hydropool Hot Tub in December, and despite some frustrating issues with the hot tub itself, Bonavista’s customer service has been excellent. Jennifer is great to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Her team is very knowledgeable and always helpful as we continue to learn about proper hot tub water chemistry! We highly recommend Bonavista.

BonaVista built my pool in the early 70s when they were still ValMar. It’s always been an amazingly built pool. My father was a friend of the original owner. We always received great service. Until last year. We needed it sandblasted and painted. It took over 2 months. The weather was partly to blame but not completely. I felt like an afterthought. It cost $15,000. Then after it was done I had filter problems. It took at least 3 different visits by mechanics that cost more per hour every time to fix something that was not that complicated. We have been a happy Bonavista customer for over a decade. We bought our first Hydropool hot tub from them and our 2nd after we moved and realized we couldn't live without it. We also bought all our patio furniture, covers, and patio heaters from them over the years. Jennifer and her staff are great and they always provide amazing service. We recommend them to all our friends looking for a hot tub or swim spa.

I will give 3 stars because they did a good job with our closing last Fall and some of the people they sent to open it did actually do a good job but others failed to realize that the reason the water was still cloudy was because there were raw tiles and leaves still at the bottom of the pool. Instead of diagnosing the root cause of the problem during their 10-20 minute visits, they just kept dumping more and more "Amaze Plus" in the pool (on our dime) and it still didn't solve the problem. After roughly 8 visits (no heads up before any of the visits) and still not having a pool that was ready

What a beautiful store and the staff at Bonavista was fantastic! Great selection of not only pools but outdoor furniture, fireplaces, and tons of outdoor living ideas. The Bonavista team really helped us understand our options and they took their time with us to make sure we had all of our questions answered.
Jennifer provided us with excellent and informative advice.We ended up ordering a complete entertainment sectional to go with our new salt water hot tub.
