Landlords' rights are protected under the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA); before a landlord is legally entitled to evict a tenant, increase rent or undertake extensive renovations, the landlord must file the appropriate notice and application with the Landlord and Tenant Board.

As Joyann Oliver's coworker for approximately 5 years. She was the secretary for a very busy lawyer, even in the moments of extreme work load, she would keep her calm and be friendly to coworkers and clients. I know she is a very conscious person who takes very seriously her legal work. I wish her all the success possible, she deserves it.
