Services
When dealing with matters of Law, who you choose to represent your interests is of utmost importance. JNR Legal Services Professional Corporation (JNR), led by Joyann Oliver, Rathiga Velalagan and Selva Thiyagarajah puts your interests above all else. JNR offers a variety of legal services to small businesses and individuals before the Small Claims Court and administrative bodies/tribunals.
If you have become disabled, you may be entitled to receive Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits. There are two stages to the process: the initial application, and reconsideration. Should your claim fail at the two initial stages, you may appeal to the Social Security Tribunal of Canada.

When applying for Canada Pension Plan (CPP) disability benefits, it is a common error to provide irrelevant medical document that does not address the claimant's limitations and restrictions.
JNR Legal Services Professional Corporation has a thriving human rights law practice, representing individuals and companies in proceedings before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, not only in employment-related claims, but also in a broad range of issues beyond the workplace, such as access to education, housing and health services.
The mandate of the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) is to resolve disputes between tenants and landlords in a timely and cost-effective manner. Landlords' rights are protected under the Residential Tenancy Act (RTA); before a landlord is legally entitled to evict a tenant, increase rent or undertake extensive renovations, the landlord must file the appropriate notice and application with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
When you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, you must understand that there are a number of timelines that must be met in order for you to claim benefits through your car insurer. Missing limitation periods can result in denial of benefits or worse, denial of your claim. Must submit within 30days of MVA and be completed correctly in order to avoid delay in processing of your application.

As Joyann Oliver's coworker for approximately 5 years. She was the secretary for a very busy lawyer, even in the moments of extreme work load, she would keep her calm and be friendly to coworkers and clients. I know she is a very conscious person who takes very seriously her legal work. I wish her all the success possible, she deserves it.
