My car was dead in the parking lot of my local gym, in the middle of winter and I had two littles with me! I called Chase right away to see what to do! He walked me through step by step and we got a tow truck to tow it to my local place of repair. All covered by insurance and was such a breeze! I highly recommend Chase for insurance!

The staff of Dickenson Insurance is always very responsve to any questions or requests I have, and helps me manage my account. My agent always gets me certificates of insurance to my clients very promptly when I need them. He also considers how my policy can best serve me, offering tips and changes to make my coverage fit current needs.

Kieth and his team are amazing! He reviews all of my policies annually to see if I could save money or get better coverage. I've owned some really distressed properties and have been turned away from many insurers, but Keith has always found me a solution. Dickinson Insurance has taken great care of us for several years. We made the mistake of going elsewhere for a short while, to get what we thought was a better rate. We realized the error of our ways, and speedily returned. We won't make that mistake again! We gladly refer anyone who asks us about insurance providers. Not only is the insurance great but the service is even better!

Like Dave says, you've gotta manage risk, and insure for the big stuff. I've had a great experience with Dickinson. I appreciate them being able to shop with various companies to get me the best rate. Just recently, my agent Caylen, called to let me know I could get a significantly better rate with a different underwriter. Nice to have somebody putting money back in your wallet for a change.
