As a parent, you may wonder whether your preschooler has a vision problem or when a first eye exam should be scheduled. Eye exams for children are extremely important. Experts say 5 to 10% of preschoolers and 25% of school-aged children have vision problems. Early identification of a child's vision problem is crucial because, if left untreated, some childhood vision problems can cause permanent vision loss.
Please note we only accept online appointments for routine eye examinations. If this is an ocular emergency, or if you require specific medical testing such as a dilated eye exam, a visual field, glaucoma testing, or vision therapy testing, please call our office to book an appointment.
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for time to fill out paperwork and undergo pre-testing prior to seeing the doctor.Please bring in your insurance information, ID, Alberta health care card, all prescription eyewear including sunglasses, and if applicable, please wear your contact lenses into your appointment.

Dr. Sarah Keep is passionate about eye health and improving people's vision. She is one of a few optometrists in Edmonton who provide Vision Therapy and Neuro-Optometric rehabilitation and has a special interest in developmental vision issues that can affect school performance, or acquired vision issues following a traumatic brain injury such as a concussion.

Awesome service and much kind staff. Thabks to Mackenzie everything was so smooth. Also huge thabks to Dr Hirjee she was way better than the past doctors we had. We went to Apex visions last year and we were really unhappy with their examination methods. But in Visions they go through all the details and bits. Highly recommended from me myself and my family.

Dr. Keep runs an excellent clinic and her entire staff treat us so well with their expertise that we feel very well taken care of. Efficient, skilled, enthusiastic therapists have healed my brain after a 3rd concussion with their caring attention to my vision issues. Vision therapy has not only brought me back to easy every day living, but my athletic abilities have improved so much I feel renewed and better than ever!

My son and I have been coming here for over 3 years. The professionalism, knowledge and customer service displayed by the staff are what keeps me here. The optometrists at this establishment really helps you to care for your eyes properly. They keep up-to-date of new technology, products and tests, that help them properly test and treat your eyes. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported in my concerns for some new eye diseases that may be inherited that I’ve recently been made aware of . The exams were extremely thorough and the attention to education about the eye conditions I was concerned about was very well appreciated. Absolutely everyone on staff I had consulted with, from the intake nurse to the optician after my exam were exemplary and I will be with this group for years to come.

Had a standard eye exam. Dr Lu was very pleasant and personable. The examination she performed was very thorough. The process was
explained very well and she answered all questions.

I never intended on buying my glasses here as I was going to shop around and find the best deal I could.
The staff impressed me with their professionalism and assistance so I ordered exactly what I wanted there.
They direct billed my insurance and I paid the difference.
I came in well bellow my budgeted amount and left more than satisfied.
