I was in Winnipeg and needed an adjustment to my glasses. I came upon this optician and was very surprised! The owner, Cathy, helped me and she was so knowledgeable and helpful that I didn't feel like a stranger or a tourist, which of course I was. I don't get to Winnipeg more than once or twice a year, but the next time I'm there I'll shop for new glasses at Linden Ridge Eye Care and see how that goes.

Exceptional customer service. Staff listen and give you the time to ensure you get the right glasses for you! I had trouble finding contacts that work for me and I couldn’t believe the time and samples they’d gone through to be sure I had the right set for me!!

My experience was exceptional. All the way from the eye appointment to the final fitting and pick up stage was great. All the staff executed their role perfectly and were so pleasant to deal with.
