All front wheel drive cars have 2 front wheel drive shafts with 4 constant velocity joints. Shudder or clunking when accelerating or decelerating indicates possible inboard cv joint damage. Periodic boot inspection is the best method of avoiding costly repairs. Grease on the boot or in the wheel well is usually the first sign of trouble.
Rust and leak inhibitors can form solids that collect in the cooling system and restrict flow. Solder joint failure or a cracked header is generally the result of pressure-cycle fatigue. Coolant shows traces of oil. Transmission or engine damage can result from the mixing of coolant with transmission fluid or engine oil.

Leanne was kind and courteous right from start to finish. All the high ratings and reviews were not a lie. My car was in and out fairly fast. The slowest bit is always waiting for the parts. Once it arrived they finished the repairs quick and kept me informed of the progress. Will definitely be going back.

Bruce has always been honest in regards to my cars needs. He will explain what the cost is and is usually within $50 of that price. Not once has work been done on my car without me being aware and agreeing to it. I have been taking my cars to Bruce for 10+ years and have never been dissatisfied with the service and customer service. 100% recommended him to everyone I know.

As women it can feel intimidating at times to get your vehicle services. I have never once felt this way at Bruce Stewart's. They took the time to really show me the issues with the vehicle and make sure I understand. They have brought me under the car to show me exactly the issue. I can't say enough good things about these guys, from the front staff to the back of the shop all around very good service. I have even had one job come out cheaper than quoted! Quality work and very honest shop

I have been taking my vehicles to Bruce Stewart's for over 15 years now. I only have good things to say about them. They use high quality parts, which cost more upfront but stand the test of time, they do quality work, are always on time, can explain any issue to me in a language that I can understand and always let me know the good and bad of me choice to do work they suggest or choosing another direction. I do not believe you can get better value in auto repair in Edmonton than Bruce Stewart, they inspect, consult, & repair your vehicle right the first time.

Amazing customer service, reliable, and trustworthy. I'm so glad that I made the switch a few years back. It all started with my Hyundai that I had to get fixed a few times. They were super accommodating and were very well knowledgable at giving recommendations. Also, being a mom of 2 little ones, it was very convenient that they lent me a loaner car while they worked their magic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I chose to bring my brand new (to me) 1966 Chevy II to Bruce Stewart's based off of location and google reviews, and I can't say enough good things! Bruce covered every one of my concerns, they inspected the car thoroughly, they sourced parts quickly, their estimate and final invoice were accurate and fair. The car went from starts & drives but is terrifying if you have to touch the breaks, to safe and reliable and a pleasure to drive around and enjoy. I would absolutely recommend them!

I have been a customer of Bruce Stewart's Auto for close to 20 years, for good reason. I trust them 100% to give good advice, quality work, and great customer service. They hire great people and their work is always top-notch! I have always been treated fairly and with respect at their shop. They take care of everything from oil changes to tires to everything mechanical. They even found a "surprise" that a squirrel had left in my air filter intake! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

It can be hard to find that place that not only does excellent work, but which you can trust. I have used BSA for several years now. I've never been disappointed. Not only do they do great work... but they don't do work that isn't needed. And they are great people too! Not too many places that I would take a vehicle to and say, "Check it out and tell me what needs to be done." But I totally trust BSA!
