The whole experience of visiting the office for last-minute emergency dental work was amazing. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to get me in. The dentist Dr. Brad Watson was professional and confident with his work and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this Dental Office.

Downtown Dental is great. Caring, professional staff as well as being very current for equipment and procedures. Dr. Lotey is great. His chair side manner is exactly what you hope for. Cares about informing his patients each step of any treatment and ready to answer questions. I’m always comfortable.

Amazing service, wonderful staff, and all around talented and professional care team. Even in times of pandemic, the team at Downtown Dental go out of their way to make you feel extra safe and comfortable. I have had a lot of trouble with dentists since moving to the mid-Island, but Downtown Dental has done so much to help resolve my issues. Typically I am not a fan of dentists - fearful, in fact - but it is always a good experience when I go there. Really happy to finally have a great dentist.

I've had to get a substantial amount of dental work done here to fix my teeth. The staff have been incredibly helpful and very friendly. They have taken great care of me, every step of the way.
Dr. Kase is a fantastic dentist. Very patient and precise. Makes getting teeth pulled as relaxing an experience as can be. Great bedside manner. Much appreciated.

I have been a patient of the clinic for over a year, as are my husband and toddler. We always feel welcome, it is a nice environment.
Jessie is my hygienist, she is amazing. I don't particularly enjoy going to the dentist, but almost look forward to it thanks to her. She does a great job at cleaning my teeth, explaining everything that's going on, making me feel relaxed.
