This experience was obviously new to me, but Aleksi guided me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions...believe me, there were a lot. He helped design multiple ring options for me (he rendered each design), and offered his own ideas based on his years of experience. Great place to buy a diamond engagement ring in Vancouver. Alexei was great help and very informative, he provided all in depth information about diamonds and was really easy to work with. We went through a few diamond choices before settling on one that I loved and he was able to show GIA certified diamonds and show the difference both in colour , clarity but also cut and fluorescence.
