The Sauce Pasta Cafe is the first casual pasta takeout and delivery restaurant in Vancouver. We offer takeout at our location at 861 Denman Street and will be offering delivery via Uber Eats and Foodora. Our dishes also come in really cute and functional food containers. The Sauce Pasta Cafe is about offering fresh Italian takeout to West End Vancouver and surrounding areas. We will never compromise on quality and taste, and will become a regular stop for pasta lovers. West End Vancouver was the perfect place to open our flagship location because in Vancouver we live well, love food, and are always on the go!

Rigatoni is the perfect choice for nearly any sauce, Go beyond our marinara sauce and see what your favorite. Gnocchi's plump, pillowy texture and mild delicate flavour make them perfect for a simple marinara, but in general meat.
We have brought in the finest quality Italian specialty foods, delicacies, and hard-to-find ingredients in the West End. Our shelves are full of everything from olives, olive oils, truffle products and muffaletta to seasonal treats and spices. If you are hesitating to to try this place don't walk.. RUN to get there! Unbelievably delicious Gnocchi Alfredo. The best part is that you can mix the sauces to your own taste and make your own creation. Usually I'm not a fan of tomato sauces but the Nonna's sauce is excellent... they say it has been a family secret for generations! Owners and staff have been very friendly and helpful. I give it 10 stars!!

A must-try if you are in the area! The pasta here is unreal, especially considering the prices. I had the gnocchi with vodka cream sauce and my boyfriend had the fettuccine alfredo, both were absolutely delicious. The garlic bread was also great, not too greasy, but full of flavour and crunch. The gentleman working up front was very friendly and inviting, and I really appreciated him coming out to quality check the food once we started eating.

I have had the opportunity to drop in twice since The Sauce opened last week. I have tried the mushroom Cream sauce and the daily special which was a braised rib tomato based sauce. Both were fantastic! The quality was on bar with what i would expect from a more expensive sit down restaurant. The quantity was also ample and a bargain at only $11.
The owners are both behind the counter and are super friendly and eager to help as they figure everything out in their first week of opening.

Delicious authentic pasta, affordable prices, super friendly service. Perfect for takeout lunch or dinner, or you can sit at their cute wooden bar. You choose your sauce, pasta (including freshly made) and optional protein. They also have yummy daily specials, so keep coming back. Denman needed a good italian spot and this is it!

OKAY. Seriously. This GNOCCHI was out-of-this-world delicious 😋 I’ll never look at pasta the same way again after this experience. It was soft but chewy and it matched so well with the creamy mushroom sauce (their number 2 seller). Go. Try. This. Now. .
