Great experience, selling a difficult house. Crystal drove traffic to our listing, was responsive to our concerns, and did a phenomenal job when it came to negotiating the sale of the house.
My belief is that a realtor should set realistic expectations, be available and show that they have your best interests in mind (not just the commission) Crystal ticked all of these boxes and more. Would highly recommend.

Simply put Crystal was amazing. Relocating to Calgary area from out of town with kids and pets is stressful enough. Having Crystal to navigate the housing market to get us into the perfect home can’t be quantified. Her straightforward blunt opinion of homes we looked at was wonderful to have. During June and July of this year, Tyler assisted us with the purchase of a condo for our daughter. He listened to our requirements and was extremely patient as he showed us several properties. When our requirements changed, due to unforeseen circumstances, he responded with understanding and arranged additional properties for us to view.
