I was walking by a new building on Bronson that’s under construction by bassi and the foreman of bassi was swearing and screaming at the employees. Very unprofessional I was nearly around the corner and could still hear him do not recommend

We have been locked out of our balconies now for over the time stated for completion of work. Out of those days they have only worked three half days on our balconies leaving us still locked out and none of the workers seen now over 2 weeks. The weather was not an issue and we are being told they are almost done. How's that if nobody has been seen on the job in our building since over 2 weeks!!
Crew has packed up and gone and we are still locked out from our balconis in our own condos! Oversight?!!

They will take much longer to complete the job than they say it will. I'm in a building where they've redone the parking lot and balconies. It was supposed to take 4 months. It's been 5.5 months and they're not done. Not only that, but to try to make up time, they will come in early in the morning SATURDAY and SUNDAY!! to do work which, of course, wakes me up. Incompetent!!
