I have been visiting Dr. Hui since 2013 and he is an awesome dentist. However, today I have decided to transfer my dental records to another clinic and I will not come back to this clinic from now on because I was told by a receiptionist named Selina that I am not welcomed at their clinic. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said she is "the manager" and asked me why I was questioning her position. I mean... is that some sort of new customer service standard I am not aware of? I really question why such unprofessional individual is working as a manger at the clinic. It's a shame.

Dr. Hui and the team at Station Square Dental had been wonderful during all my visits. Dr. Hui allowed me to make informed decisions on my treatments and referred me to a specialist to have something checked out just in case, instead of waving it off or getting unnecessary procedures done. Sham (sorry if I spelt it wrong) is an excellent hygienist, along with anyone else who helped me, including the receptionists. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr Ko’s for over 12 years and the care, respect and professional service I have received from everyone is outstanding. As an elder, Dr Ko has ensured the longevity and good health hygiene of my teeth and mouth have remained first class. No false teeth for me! I love going to the office and am treated as an old friend as well as valued client.

I just become a patient of Dr. KO and I am amazing how kind and professional she is. All stuff is incredibly friendly and once you enter this beautiful dental center you are feeling that everybody is taking care of you from the deepest part of their heart. After a long time I am happy that I find a dentist whom I trust to take care of my teeth.

They have wonderful front desk staff - always so friendly, welcoming and efficient. I appreciate their multiple reminders, greeting with smiles, and they make everything easy to me - such professionals. Dr. Ko is superb. She is kind, explains things with grace; never pushes something that is not necessary. She is thorough but gentle. I have nothing but good experiences with the team, and I would highly recommend Station Square Dental to someone who is looking for a good and trustful dentist.

The is a wonderful dental office. The admin staffs are the most pleasant and helpful feel like I was a valued patient. Dr. Hui and his hygienist were professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I did not feel pressured into making decisions on the spot and was fully informed of all my options on my periodontal problem.
The best experience I have in my 30 years in Vancouver. I have already brought my mother in law to this office as a regular patient.

Been going to Station Square Dental for over a decade now. Everyone is so lovely and friendly. The receptionists at the front and the dentists are knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Work gets busy for me, so I really appreciate the reminder calls I receive on looking after my teeth and keeping those nasty cavities away 😂. Thank you!

I’ve been with Dr. Ko for 11 years now, and her and the staff never fails to impress me. Their services are beyond excellence, and I always feel genuinely welcomed by the staff there. I can tell that Dr. Ko and the staff try their best to provide the optimal care to the clients and build good rapports with them. Also, not only are they excellent with their services, but Dr. Ko is also very delicate with the treatments. I once pulled out all four of my wisdom teeth with only local anesthesia, and I did not feel a single pain during procedure, and my pain only lasted for a day after the procedure
