I'll start by saying that Valerie us the heartbeat of thus clinic. She is exceptional as a professional and as a person who engages in conversation with clients. The docs here are outstanding as well, they won't recommend anything that us not needed and the focus is on quality care. Lastly, the hygienists, assistants are overall wonderful. I will add though that the one I recently had clean my teeth was not the best, she took quite long, not engaged and was more of a "in and out" experience, which is not the norm. Still a 5 star place.

The dentist is really knowledgeable and very accommodating.The 2 receptionist did an outstanding job.The extra mile is 100% .I’m so grateful with this 2 lovely ladies who help me out to get an appointment today.It’s really impossible to get a tooth extraction today but this 2 ladies help me out to explain my situation to the clinic that I was endorsed with. I highly recommend Middlegate Burnaby clinic .All the staff starting from the practitioners and receptionist are really helpful and approachable .Also, the dentist really explain well about my tooth situation and he is also gentle in handling

I hit the lottery in finding this dental group. I have undergone exams,cleaning,fillings with them and I am always happy with my experience. Everyone is kind and thoughtful throughout the staff. My dentist talks me through what is happening and what to expect easing my anxiety. I have never been treated better and would highly recommend to anyone out there with fears to try them! Thank you!

I highly recommend Middlegate Burnaby Dentist . Their services are really awesome. Doctors at middlegate are really kind , respectful and so caring . The front disk assistants are so nice and respectful to the clients . Dr. Fazel is a wonderful doctor .I have 3-4 years of experience as a client at meddlegate dentist
