It was a cavity filling surgery between 1.20pm to 1.45 pm.on 19th January 2022. In process it was painless due to injection of appropriate anesthetic. Occasionally i could hear the dentist asking me questions during the surgery. The dentist, assistant' and the receptionist were in excellent service. Charge was reasonable.

The office manager is someone who doesn't admit to when she makes a mistake and take accountability for it. They requested payment from our insurance and instead of waiting for the insurance to pay them as they have done it for the past 15 years or so, she asked us to pay up front as well; which we did. They double charged us for the visit and I am still waiting to be refunded. Very disappointed.. You have not resolved any of the issues. Our insurance has paid you and we have paid you as well. We've not received refund for double charging us and no accountabilities for your mistakes Still waiting

I was hesitant whether I should go to an orthodontist to straighten my teeth as my teeth are relatively short. Finally in early 2019, I consulted Dr Reza Aran at ACU Dental Clinic at Metrotown and told him my hesitation and concerns. Dr Aran and his assistant Sheida addressed and dispelled my concerns.
I finally decided to get braces and wires as opposed to Invisalign as my option, and requested a relatively longer duration for easier adjustment.
My teeth were straighten out by late July 2021. Throughout the process, Dr Aran has shown his professionism, skills and patience both in the course

Came here to get my lingual wire fixed - it lasted two weeks before completely breaking off. I called to see if I could get it redone, but was told I'd possibly have to pay the $100 again. The receptionist, who had a very snarky attitude, said she would text me to let me know about the appointment and I did not receive the text. I don't see why I would even have to pay AGAIN to have my lingual wire redone when they're supposed to last YEARS and this one done by Acu dental lasted two weeks. Located close to Walmart inside Metrotown, this dental office is top notch. The front staff are super friendly, accommodating and customer service oriented. They check with your insurance before your cleaning to let you know how much you may have to pay out of pocket. They will call to let me know when they are running behind so you dont have to waste your own time waiting in the waiting room. I have never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. Absolutely amazing.

I am from out of town and while at the hotel, my crown snapped off and we are leaving on a cruise the following day. I called them at 9:15 am and they got me in at 10:20 am. Dr. Ghandi was able to x-ray and clean the crown out and get it glued back on as a temporary fix. I appreciate their great service. They have a fantastic office located right inside the mall and a great staff.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years now. The staff here are so nice and they are great with reminding you of your appointments, picking up the phone, working around your schedule changes to help fit you in. I see Dr Harji and Dr Aran for my Invisaligns. They are so knowledgable and up front about me treatment plan. I never have any hesitations about the process and the direction they have planned for me.

They were able to accommodate me with short notice. I appreciate the text message notification. They never seem short staffed and everyone is very nice. I also like that they can give you a quote for any upcoming visit including the insurance claim deduction.

I was not just satisfied but absolutely satisfied with the dental procedure done by Dr. Afarin Pahlavan. I rarely make any comment for such an excellent dental experience from this clinic. However, with their superb customer service along with their empathy towards their patients from the reception down to the dental assistant especially Dr. Afarin. I have experienced an excellent customer service, I felt like I was part of their family. I would highly recommend Acu Dental clinic to all of my friends and relatives even to all of my visiting relatives from overseas. More power to Acu Dental
