Our dental team can provide a wide range of dental services to help prevent problems, maintain teeth or, when needed, tooth replacement. Your dental health is important to us, so our office is focused on optimum, comprehensive dental care. Please inquire if you have a question regarding any of our dental services.

First Visit Report

This appointment will focus on an area causing pain or infection, and if appropriate, treatment will be provided the same day. This type of exam focuses on a specific problem, where pain or infection are not involved. Treatment options are discussed and the patient decides or confirms the plan of action.

Please download our Patient Registration and Medical History form. You may fill it in on your computer, save it and send it to us. Alternatively, you may print it out, complete it ahead of your appointment and bring it with you. We will attempt to contact you to provide a "courtesy" reminder for all appointments 2 days before your appointment.

The dental hygienist (Abby)here is top notch! I have very sensitive teeth and have always needed freezing and nitro for my cleanings in the past. She did it without any freezing and didnt once hit a nerve! So impressed, I highly recommend if you are apprehensive.

I have been going to Lake Loon Dentistry now for about 4 years. All my issues have been handled very well, nd I'm always able to get an appointment when I need one, even on short notice! I chose Lake Loon over an office that was much closer when I was going to need an extensive amount of work. All the needed work was done much quicker than anticipated, and without the extraneous work that I had been quoted at the other office. Very happy with everyone at this clinic!
