I did tooth filling about 5 month ago and still angry about their service and changing. DO NOT recommend this office. The woman at the front desk is rude. And they are just trying to rob you and charge you at unreasonable prices. The doctor only spent about two minutes looking at my teeth and charged me 140 cad for that. And for one of my teeth, she charged me 200 cad for really tiny colored filling.
The equipment they are using are quite outdated and the clinic looks old as well.

Worst Service I have ever received in this dental clinic. They charged me for the emergency service tooth pain on April 29 and Dr. Anita Chang did not find out why my tooth had pain/discomfort and charged me for her incompetency. I called back few weeks later with front desk Monica and she basically told me because I don't have my filling done so that's why there's discomfort? She tried to diagnosed my problem as a doctor? Monica was rude and unprofessional as she tried to brushed me off and I informed I need to talk to Dr.Anita Chang why I still have pain on that specific tooth (which I paid for

When scheduling an appointment for a cleaning, the receptionist was extremely impatient and rude. The cleaning itself went ok, but the same receptionist tried to pressure me into scheduling a second appointment with bizarre insistence. She was also arguing with another customer when I arrived at the office... I've received monthly texts and emails from them from different phone numbers, with no clear method to unsubscribe. The dental service was fine, but this whole thing was a really strange and unpleasant customer experience.

The dentist here literally put in a graft for me when he didn't confirm with me if I wanted it, and then wanted to charge me the hundreds of dollars too.
Also, the man that works there as a dental assistant is exceptionally rude. He made me feel terrible for having some dental issues and continually made fun of me. Really wasn't comfortable and I will not be going back.

Went here the very first time and Staff is
very friendly and courteous. People smile and when after just making my very first appointment and got in a few hours later the very first day, I was impressed. I had a sore tooth and within 30 minutes I wasn't sore any more, sort of speak. I'm a fuss pot when it comes down to Dentists and I was really Impressed and I'd recommend them to any one, based on my very first experience .....J.L.

Amazing service and awesome staff. Monica is super and is great at getting you what you need and help with your insurance. Abby is also accommodating with sending you any additional information regarding your procedure. Most of the dental highgentists are very friendly and some of the dentists are too.

Not a pleasant experience, felt like a rip-off. I have Sunlife insurance which covers 100% of dental services, I visited the office for a cleaning and was told that one of the tooth will need filling. As a general practice, I requested the dental office to submit the estimate and get approval from the insurance company before the service. On the day of service, I was told that they have received approval from the insurance company and everything is covered. 3 months later, I received an email and call from the dental office that I owe them money. not sure why? I was told the service was all covered

I had a broken molar needing extraction. I contacted Tooth works and had an appointment a couple of days later, despite the pandemic lockdown. I was super impressed by the safety protocols in place. The hygeinist was helpful and efficient. The dentist was so gentle I had to ask if the extraction had occurred (it had). I am totally bringing my remaining teeth here for care in the future!

The receptionists are really nice and professional. They went above and beyond to get me 2 extra cleaning with my insurances provider even though I know most places wouldn’t have done that! And they follow the protocol for covid perfectly which is a plus! And really do appreciate that you guys are open during these difficult times! Thank you!
