Services
Our asphalt mixes are supplied only by MTO approved asphalt producers using quality stone, sand, and asphalt cement. Asphalt materials are tested daily to ensure that stringent quality controls are met, and that the asphalt is placed at the proper temperatures, and procedures. Our materials are deliver to the job sites using company owned trucks specifically designed for this purpose.
We introduced snow removal into our field of services in 1980. Doing this provided a more complete range of services to our clients Our snow removal team has expertise toward our commercial clients. Our snow removal crews are on call and equipped with new and modern equipment to facilitate fast efficient snow clearing and to ensure complete customer satisfaction what ever the job requires.

Critical: Quality
Work looked good at first but failed within six months. Owner absolved himself of repairing the work saying it was "not covered in the warranty". The work was over $10,000 and will need to be done again at only 3 years old. I strongly recommend against using this company.

My driveway was over 30 years old and needed a major reconstruction. I also wanted to widen half of the current width near the curb to create an additional parking spot.
Last summer I hired another paving company that promised me the world but unfortunately didn't come through before the winter. I was left stranded with debris that needed to be removed before the snow came in order to use my driveway over the winter.
I started phoning different paving companies and naturally most were shutting down for the season. Luckily I found Local Paving! They took the debris away for me and laid down gravel
