Honour this lunar phase - the Full Corn Moon - and practice deep conscious rest in the Zoom Room! During this Full Moon Restorative class, Tracey will selectively lead you through a combination of nourishing restorative poses mixed with mindfulness cues and/or breathing exercises.
Begin a new career path. Learn new tools to add to massage or bodywork you already provide or delight your yoga students in savasana. After a year of uncertainty and significant change, these practices are so important. Among the enormous benefits these practices individually have, they both serve to calm the nervous system, ease the effects of anxiety plus boost immunity and overall health. Together they are a magical combination.
Chair Yoga is just that - yoga on a chair. Entire classes can be done seated while others incorporate standing movements using the chair for balance when needed or as a prop/tool for the practice. These mini sessions will help increase mobility, strengthen and stretch you out while increasing your capacity for calm.
I LOVE what I do. There is no doubt about it. As one of my most current teachers - a teacher of teachers - says, your dharma is what you were born to do. In this moment, I feel I am doing what I was born to do. But. it took many years figuring it out before this path lit up before me. I tried all different kinds of work on for size and have had so many completely different jobs over the years.
