If you're purchasing or selling real estate and require the services of a title lawyer, Langford Law Office is here to serve you. Our rates are competitive and fair, and our goals are to protect clients from hidden liabilities and to see that the agreements they're making do not leave them at a disadvantage.
Are you looking for legal advice on family law, divorce, child custody, wills, real estate & property? You are separating from your spouse. Your world seems to be coming to an end. You are getting all kinds of advice as to what to do and WHAT NOT TO DO! You are feeling vulnerable. You go to see a lawyer about your problems.
Believe it or not, some lawyers will do house calls for wills. I will. If you are stuck in your home, Seniors Residence, or in the hospital, ask if your lawyer will come to you to take your will instructions and then come back to witness your will and powers of attorney. It might cost you a bit more, but your lawyer may do this if you ask.
If you are the recipient of child support or spousal support under a court order or a separation agreement, there are things that you can do to help you get retroactive child support in the future. First, look at your agreement or order and determine whether or not there is any requirement for you to provide financial information to the payor of support.

I went to see Brad to get some documents notarized, and he's the nicest lawyer I've ever met. Very professional, and the price was really good. He was thorough, but quick at the same time. Overall, very helpful and would definitely go to Brad again if I ever need a lawyer in the field he works in.

Past experience of Brad was that he just wanted your money, spent a better part of 2 years almost with him, no effort, no attempt to provide the actual facts we gave him. And all for it to end with him saying, "sign here and here, oh and you owe me this much."

Worst decision ever made to have this lawyer handle an estate. After a lack of fight on his behalf and billing for the same meeting, same words, same hopeful nonsense talk, the case has lost and he now gets paid $20,000 and a family walks away with nothing. There is no Justice system- just dollars and profits for the wrong people.
Thank you for nothing.
