Jordan.. she is so nice. Very professional and courteous. It's so good to be greeted on the phone by someone like that, especially when you're a bit anxious about legal matters you have to handle. I have used their services before for notarization of documents and they are fairly priced and always professional.

Not deserving of any star. They charged us $7,000 and $4,400 plus disbursement respective for a Toronto condo purchase and an Ottawa house purchase. We have purchased a few properties over the years and have an idea of the cost which would be around $1,500 to $2,000. We were shocked at the amount, in addition, the work was sloppily done, the property manager of the condo in Toronto told us she had never had such an experience with incompetency in her 40 years working there. We are seriously consider taking him to small claim court right now. We are certain the lawyer thought he can get away with

Whittal + Company Law Firm was hired to complete POA forms for my elderly father (currently have Service Ontario ones - but required lawyer based ones to change his broker at his request).
They were very understanding and accommodating towards my father and myself at the beginning. They did a zoom meeting and made drafts that I was able to review and discuss with my father (poor short memory and not computer savvy).
