This clinic is the worst. I took my brand new puppy to get a regular check up 2 days ago and since she injured her paw on the way to the vet I was so upset about the situation. The vet barely seen her for 7 minutes and told me and gave me a bill of $125.( examination fee + pain medication) which was fine. But then he advised me to do a X-ray which would cost 450$ ( are you kidding me, I shopped around and this price was the highest) I mean am I paying for you rent. The vet also clearly told me since my puppy had her 12 weeks shots and needed her 16 weeks shots that If I came back in the same week

They told us one price over the phone. Once the work was done the bill was double what the quoted. They were saying because of the breed the shots are more expensive. That's fine but don't lure people in with one price then present with a much larger bill once the shots have been completed.
Vet was nice enough so I can't fault them on that but they need to be honest with customers.

Lost our trust so we won't be returning.

This vet is extremely incompetent! I had to self-diagnose my dog a few times before he confirmed the problem. He will only investigate your dog's problem IF you bring it up. Otherwise, he will do a rushed and half-assed job examining your pet. I recently noticed my dog is developing cloudy eyes (a sign of cataracts). I brought this up during her follow-up appointment (about a week after her initial exam), and he said that he did not notice anything and that she was fine. However, after I asked him to check again, he came back and stated "Oh yes, like I said, she has cataracts". At

We just moved to Oshawa, and are still making the trip to Yonge and Finch because there's no other vet like Dr. Ramzi. We recently lost our oldest feline companion and we were beside ourselves, but with the support and kindness of the team, we got through it. From 19 years old, til now (31),
you've been good to us, thank you!

A great location. I've been coming here for a few years and there's no one I would rather trust with my dog. It's a family owned business with a real quality feel. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

This family run business takes every precaution to make sure your pet is taken care of as best as possible. Because animals don't speak it's quite easy for something to slip through and I feel much better having gone through every possibility to make sure we dont take a risk. You can never take a chance on your pets life and I dont feel like you will by coming here.

Dr Ramzy is fantastic. He is a great doctor with a huge heart. The clinic is fair with pricing and is thorough with all testing. I brought my dog in with some symptoms that indicated she was getting a Cushing disease and they were able to diagnose and help treat.
