McBride Accounting Group was founded in 2000 by Allan McBride, an accounting industry veteran. Having worked for over twenty-five years as an 'in house' accountant in the construction and real estate development fields, Allan had noted common challenges encountered by all his former employers. All experienced similar frustrations with the accounting systems they had been 'sold'.
