This is worst customer services experience ever I had in Canada. I ordered the shoes on 30 December 2020 and received on 30 March 2021. Initially when I ordered the shoes, they promised that shoes will be arrived within 3 week. I received the shoes after 13 week. Even, the owner is so arrogant. He even didn't apologies for the delay. In stead of apology, he blamed me not to have patience. Good luck for current customers and future customers

I had a pair of orthotics done after consultation with chiropodist Michelle Richardson. She asked me to return if there was any discomfort. The $100 consulting fee and $300 orthotics cost were covered by Manulife. One month later I developed pain in my calf area. When I went back she offered to "modify" the orthotics with no guarantee of success. As my wife also had coverage through Sun Life I decided to get a new pair. They insisted however that I would have to pay the $100 once again for the chiropodist. I told them it was unfair as they wouldn't have charged anything if I had just agreed to
