I have frequented this salon for 5/6 yrs. I have been a loyal client and I loved going there and meeting all the staff.
However, I recently had a bad experience there and my hair went horribly wrong. My complaint was not received well even after years of loyalty. I feel terribly mistreated and let down. I ended up going elsewhere for a fix!

We had been coming to this place for over 4-5 years. Unfortunately, there happened MANY instances where we were billed more than what we agreed upon for threading or waxing. However, since we liked the service and the staff who did my threading, we did not care much.
Today we showed to get my threading done. As soon as we parked our vehicle outside this business and got down from the vehicle. Very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. Booked an appointment with groupon price. waited for 45 minutes at Salon. Then the girl asked me to follow her for Hairwash. She took 1 minute and no conditioner, pulling hair and no heat protector at all. Such a rough handling of my hair. I Would not suggest this place to anyone.

I got my life’s worst haircut from here. Very unprofessional hairdressers who are experimenting and learning haircuts on you. They won’t listen or follow your instructions and you will end up with getting your hairs messed up. You can get a better haircut than them at home on your own. Save yourself and avoid visiting this store for a haircut

Before going into Choice Salon, I experienced a lot of anxiety from previous places and stylists I’ve had. Having not been to a Salon in almost two years, and having grown tired of my long hair in a ponytail or bun every day, I decided it was time to cut it off. My stylist, Marven, spoken with me for quite some time about options with length, style and colour all the while making sure I was happy with the decisions. He did an absolutely amazing job. My hair feels and looks much more healthy and I finally feel free of the long hair.

I booked an appointment for a haircut, deep condition, style, and balayage. My hair is quite dark (almost black) and hair dye rarely shows up without direct light. I described that I wanted a red balayage and that I just wanted it to be visible. I was shown a few swatches from a book of hair colours and it was suggested that by mixing a few shades, we'd find the right one. To be honest, I did not have high hopes that the colour would be vivid, but I am happy to report that it is incredibly vivid while also being an appropriate shade for my skintone! My sister and I went today to the salon for highlights. Sonia was my stylist and my sister had Marvin as her stylist. Both were very professional and personable.
Sonia ensured I was happy with each step she was performing. She transformed my brassy hair into a beautiful color. So happy with the hair services I recoeved today. Sonia and Marvin are the 2 to see at this salon.

Worst experience. Worst saloon. They do not listen to what you want. You ask for different color and they gonna diy your hair different. Hair cut is horrible. You ask for bangs but stylist will choose not to do whatever you ask for. Most disastrous experience ever. You go in the saloon all happy and you come back crying as you paid for getting ruined. If you call them to fix it, they will ask for money again. I will say go cut or diy your hair at home But DO NOT GO TO THIS SALOON EVER.
