I bought a laser hair removal package onsite for me and my sister years ago, spent $1000+, never received service. When I explained I bought a groupon/teambuy pkg on site, she said I "didn't buy enough" n that I bought only enough for "half cheek"...why would I buy enough for ONE cheek? I wouldn't. She assured me it would be for my entire lower face. I remember this clearly coz she scared me by saying "ur face will look like a road map if you don't do your whole lower face"

They make their money off scamming people they don't know how to run a business or what customer service means! They're rude and unethical, I would never take the time to right a review nor have written one in the past and never thought I'd be writing a bad one! But this cuts it! Awful customer service. Not personable at all considering how private and intimate the treatments you are there to get. I bought two deals on Groupon. This one location was just awful. (The other location, is fabulous (not Laser Pro Med.)
I Would not give this place business again. Very pushy in sales especially consultation I spent $200. on a face cream and foam soap for face.
On a few occasions I gave them my name and time of appointment and no reply or acknowledgement. I would sit myself down and wait. While both ladies sat at the main reception.

BUYER BEWARE! They lure u in for a consult before u book anything. Then they charge you a $50. Consultation Fee for 15min. advising/ selling you different services! & even if the Groupon you were interested in is not appropriate for your needs, they try to make u pay the consult fee! What a garbage place! So unprofessional. I bought a groupon for this place and called to book an appointment. They gave me an appointment for several weeks later and then they said that's only a consultation. I told them that I had had numerous treatments over many years and am quite familiar with the process they said that's their policy so I agreed. When I finally went weeks later they told me my appointment was the week before and that I should come back a week later. Issues: Charged me for two appointments; without any consultation or treatment. The first apoointment was made on friday for the next day and cancelled few minutes later on the same friday. I spoke to the owner right away after recieving their email on Saturday and she rebooked me. They asked me to come 15 mins early for appointment at 06:05PM. I was stuck in traffic, kept them updated about the my situation while i was commuting there. The physician, receptionist, and the manager were all one person, Jessica, who was very rude and unprofessional; it was one of the worst experiences in my life. I had laser hair removal sessions done here and they indicated 8 sessions should remove most of the hair. After 7 sessions I still have most of the hair still in the area. I did not go to the last appointment because they burnt me on the 7th appointment. I did everything after the treatment to prevent the burn, applied cold compression and aloe vera. I had a scar from the burn for approx 3 months.
The worst part of it all is that after I left a voicemail (because they never pick up the phone) indicating the burn and cancelled my 8th apppointment, they didn't have the courtesy to call me back

However the owner is very strict about being on time for your appointment. If you are late you lose your appointment. Yet if they are late with prior appointments to your scheduled time there is no courtesy to provide the customer with an extra session or anything - just an apology.

Got a deal voucher for a year or unlimited laser hair removal. They're a little too serious about it. Won't let you be treated if you have any sort of tan, or they just turn down the laser so the treatment doesn't work. They also space treatments 6-8 weeks apart. The owner, while nice does a terrible job. Completely rushes and doesn't cover the entire areas. I've had her twice so it's slowed down my results.
