Got my out of province inspection here a couple years ago and only left a one star review with no explanation. I just wanted to edit this so people know not to take their car here for inspection. They have a promo so you think you're getting a deal, however will take advantage of your lack of knowledge with vehicles. I paid almost $2000 when it was finished and since I went there I constantly had problems with my vehicle. Beware of their service if you do go here!

Used this shop a few times now and I've really enjoyed the service I've received every time so it's time to write a review. Everyone gas been friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Prices are great, especially considering the quality of service. I've never had to wait to long to get my vehicles in. Have even got in same day. Great place to bring a vehicle for a presale inspection, insurance inspection, repairs, maintenance and tire work as well. Can also pick up OEM fluids here. Got a nice place to wait while with a TV and drinks. Location is great, easy to get to and find. Definitely a great shop

I came in for a vehicle insurance inspection with two vehicles as part of a special promotion that they were running on kijiji.
They failed both vehicles that I brought in for reasons that I didn’t think were fair to fail the vehicle for.
My one car they failed it because the alternator belt looked worn, even though it’s been properly functioning and i don’t think it bears any potential safety risk, only one of inconvenience.
The other vehicle also failed due to bad brakes which is fair, but they also failed it because of a burnt out park brake light which I thought was a bit much...

Ali from Millwood's auto inspection made my day. On Saturday, it was minus 19 with the wind chill. I had just dropped on my son for soccer practice and heard the air coming out of my tire, it was almost flat. Luckily, I was close to Millwoods auto. Ali fixed it right away so I wouldn't be late picking up my son at no cost. Honestly, made my day! Thank you so much! I will be going here again.

Went here for an auto inspection for a van I was selling.
After waiting a couple of hours, they completed the inspection but wouldn't provide the report to me because the buyer was the one paying for it...okay no problem.
Except they then told the (out of town) buyer that they had already provided the inspection report to me at the time of my visit. He'll be working to resolve that with them...I wish him luck.
Finally, driving home, I noticed that the air conditioning performance has been significantly affected (reduced) by the inspection process. Not even sure how that's possible, but the difference

Amazing Customer service . Very professional, Pro active. Was informed by canadian tire that fuel pump needs to be changed. Went there, they thoroughly checked and come up that O2 sensor is faulty. Saved me a lot of money. Never trusted Canadian tire . This would be my go to auto service in future.

Please Do not use their service.
Not at all professional.went in for inspection for a car with only 30k driven .They gave me a different quote on phone and when went in directly he increased it by 100 dollars.
I got a call in evening saying everything looks fine.However, need to change all 4 Tires.
It's a car with only 30k kilometers and I was ready shocked.he said if I take car out of garage and have to get inspected again after getting tires changed elsewhere he would charge another 200 dollars. I had no other option I paid 736 dollars for tires and installation and another 125 for alignment
