If you're going take your car to North Hill auto might as well take it to pick and pul. You pay for a diagnostic and the won't be able to fund the problem. After you pay 1600 you car will brake dowm. After paying a total of 1800 my car broke down 3 months after i first brought it there. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. A friend of mine told me not to go. He bought a vehicle from the owner of North Hill auto and said the car broke down after 3 weeks. Poor poor quality work. They do temporary fixes to keep you coming back meanwhile your car is headed for pick and pul so you might as well bring it there

I received a quote for some major engine work for $2500. When I picked up my vehicle it was over $3400. THey had done numerous add ons, that that they said were manditory with this kind of work, but were not included in the price which included charges for test drive, chages for miscellaneous shop supplies, etc, up to $900

I rarely take my car anywhere else to have any work done. I appreciate the entire team at NorthHill Auto. I’ve never felt like I’m being pressured to have work done. Everything is explained very clearly, and “triaged”.

Been a customer of NHS for over five years and I echo the sentiments of many of the others that have posted comments here. They have exceeded my expectation in costs, repairs and communication and I would have no problem recommending them to others. I like that they are a family run business as they do what they can to treat me as part of that family. Understanding that that my truck is critically important to serving my customers, they work diligently to keep my "workhorse" on the road. Take your vehicle to them, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first appointment at North Hill. When I spoke with the service staff, they informed me that they were really busy, however they would do their best to fit me in. Staff were very friendly and took the time to ensure that they worked through my inspection results in detail. Staff took the extra time to look through previous work on my vehicle to ensure that they were current and flagged a few things that I had missed. They seemed to be quite knowledgeable and had lots of experience. Most importantly I felt like they gave me honest and trustworthy service and felt good after this experience

I needed a windshield replaced and thought CH Toyota was a bit steep, so I got a quote from North Hill Auto...saved me over $100! I was also advised from Toyota to get a single tire replaced. Terry and his crew got a bit more specific with how much tread was left and advised that three out of 4 tires were going. They found me 4 different quotes but did not push me to choose any particular brand.

I brought my car which is a 2004 Honda Accord from Manitoba to North Hill Auto Service in Calgary Alberta in Nov 2016 for an out of province inspection, it failed. They wanted $3,200 to fix it, including labor. I took it to a different place to get repairs done at half the cost of what North Hill wanted. Once car had repairs done I took it back to North Hill for re-inspection Jan 2017, Car failed.
Took car to a different shop the next day and car passed.
Thinking because I'm a women and from out of province I would just pay whatever to get car fixed. I DON'T recommend North Hill Auto
