On a friend's recommendation, I brought my Mustang in for a major engine repair and some other work. He didn't steer me wrong! Talk about above-and-beyond customer service and car repairs. The folks at Extra-Tech were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and above all, honest and ethical. I got daily, comprehensive updates, sometimes more, and they really took the time to work with me, to make sure I understood what was going on and answer all my questions, until I was confident. If honesty is the best policy they embody that here. My experience has been good every time, and I even got a loaf of fresh bread from a local bakery today as a gift!

Amazing all around service and advice here. I brought in a classic car for an inspection and it was completed very quickly and was very thorough (included pictures and videos for me to see). After the inspection, I was walked through the findings personally and felt no pressure at all to complete any repairs - though the advice Matt gave went above and beyond. The repairs that were completed were done quickly and exactly to plan, they even saved my old parts and showed me them after so I could see the state of them myself. One of the best mechanic experiences I've had to date.

I've being going to extra tech for over a decade. As a woman it's intimidating to need car repairs and know what you're paying for is legitimate. Gianni and staff are really great at explaining everything and have even brought me into the shop to show me what they were talking about. I absolutely trust these guys! They are always on time and efficient. Prices are comparable to any where else.

Gianni and his team at Extra-Tech Automotive are great. I have been going here for years. They are knowledgeable, professional, and fair. They have great customer service and amenities such as loaner vehicles, refreshments, and key drop-boxes. They also have a great partnership with the Calgary Italian Bakery where they provide fresh baked bread to their customers at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Extra-Tech Automotive for all of your vehicle repair and maintenance needs!
