I Love going to my Physio therapy appointment cause the treat me with respect and care for my will been , and the best part is closer to my home like 5 minutes walk or drive , the have the best 2 hour parking indoors, and to top it up the have just opened Eye 👁 clinic , you get a Physio and Eye glasses while your there , I give them a 5 stars ⭐️ thumbs up 👍 they’re the best so far thank you Emerald Physio for your wonderful work .

First of all, thanks for warm welcome. Second the place was fabulous and the most important thing I would like to let you know is about Lilly. She has been fabulous. Her way of treating guests was excellent. Above that her knowledge and understanding about the pain and points of pain were something that is way beyond excellent. I would give 10/10 to her skills and knowledge which she has. And thanks for helping in reducing pains and provide excellent care.

If you are buying any device or anything please check price and quality. I made mistakes I bought device for 300$ same brand and same machine in Walmart 150 and Amazon 199$. My device even was worse with scratch on screen very poor packed. I am 99.99% sure was refurbished one. I talked to owner but he did nothing. I will inform my insurance on this regard

I had my massage at Emerald physio .my therapist was Miss Lily a gentle and kind lady .her way of doing massage is very compiling make me feel like my own person is doing it. She is very professional way of speaking and behaving as well. I would definitely recommend anybody who really needed brack through massage at the end of the week. She is the one you should look for you. Miss Lily great job keep it up

- Friendly staff, but unorganized and sometimes unprofessional.
- The rooms are also not very private or clean, they have openings at the top of the room walls and where there is closure the walls are very thin and noise travels easily.
- There was a few times where my appointment was canceled without warning or they simply forgot about it.
- Their equipment is also very dated for physiotherapy

Stephen is an exceptional RMT! I'm trully happy and grateful whenever I get to meet colleagues Massage Therapists who care about excellence in all they do within the profession, and Stephen is one of them. Besides the "hands on" which was amazing, Stephen inspired me and motivated me with his demeanor, words, spoken like a coach, his posture and fitness which reflect amazing self care and wellness, and more than anything his genuine self.
