I had always been curious, but nervous of accupunture. I found Cranky Knot as it happened to the closest clinic to my place. First of all, this is a wellness center. The environment will be relaxing, clean and smells really nice. It is not going to be the cold, mechanic, clinical setup that most RMT Clinics seem to strive to be in Downtown Vancouver. I’ve been seeing Sherry for massage and John for acupuncture for awhile.
I just had a spine surgery and also have some hip and lower back problems for years!
John looked those problems and tried to find a source since ive been deal with pain for a long long time!
Now after almost 5 treatments i have minimal pain and im very happy with results! Of course im not 100% yet but hopefully getting there soon!
I would definitely recommend John and Sherry if you are looking get result!

I first visited the place in 2018 after my friend recommended Sherry for RMT. I've previously been to other RMT's but didn't find it very effective. With Sherry, you really get to experience what deep tissue massage is - she is a great at what she does. She listens to your problems and what you are experiencing and provide the appropriate massage.
Also, Sherry genuinely wants you to get better, not just after the massage but everyday. She would recommend stretches and other things

Hidden gem place in 900 Howe building. I’m a huge fan of this shop. RMT, massage and Acupuncturist. They are all great! My daughter was super nervous before having a massage and refused it. But surprisingly, after she got care from Leni, she was so satisfied and became massage lover! She said Leni helped her to relax and she was super kind. Most importantly, her pain is gone. Now she is having acupuncture every week by John. He is different from the acupuncturists I've met so far. Actually he analyzes your body and comes up with a solution.

Had a great 60 minute RMT session with Sherry! She was very professional and not only gave me a great massage but also gave me some stretches to help alleviate the discomfort in my neck . The clinic is very nice, clean and they are follow all Covid protocols so I felt very safe . Would highly recommend!

Cranky Knot is the best. The decor, design, energy and feel is all amazing. I've had many massages from Sherry and continue to return because they have been the best massages I've had. She has a genuine care and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft.
Recently I've had acupuncture with John to remove severe pet allergies... I am shocked and so happy to say my allergies are 95% better if not completely gone. And only after a few sessions... Absolutely incredible.
