Alex has over 15 years of experience in the auto industry as former BMW technicians and BMW tech support specialist. Oleg has 7 years of experience, formerly working for one of the largest European indy shops in Edmonton as a technician. Most of our business comes through friends and referrals. AutoGermany was recommended to my by a long time family friend, which I truly appreciate. I took my car in with a few things that I wanted addressed. I received a call and was advised of what they had found. I was emailed a quote with items to approve for them to complete. I approved everything and the work was completed on time. I felt like I have now become part of the AutoGermany family. I will definitely be back to have more work done!

Taking the car in for service/repairs was always the most pointless experience for me at the dealership because I never really got a true sense of what was done from the litany of things on paper and from talking to service advisors. Auto Germany was recommended to me by someone I trust. So, when I took my car there for the first time, I went in without reservations. Nevertheless, now going through all these reviews, I can confirm they accurately reflect the experience with Auto Germany. I certainly felt like I got a good insight into the general condition of my car, in addition to priority things

I recently brought my 2011 BMW 328xi to AutoGermany for an oil change and inspection. I have been looking for an alternative to the BMW dealerships because I came to feel that the attention and value of service received at the dealership was not what it would be at an independently owned, more personalized service shop. I came across AutoGermany and based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. I am extremely happy that I did. I just wish I had discovered them sooner. The service was amazing, and Alex was great and very thorough in his explanation to me of what issues need attention based

I just purchased my first Audi. it was a private sale and I wanted my car to get a once over to know what I should address urgently, and what may need to be addressed in the future. The team here communicates 100x better than any other mechanic I've ever been to, calling multiple times to discuss what was found in addition to a comprehensive and handy inspection report sent to me via email while they still had my car. Pictures, videos, and explanations were clear and it's abundantly clear they know their market extremely well, fielding all of my questions extremely well. The price was reasonable

Brought my vehicle there for an inspection, and was told there were a multitude of issues with the vehicle including a broken shock. I then brought my vehicle back to my regular mechanic who reinforced and found no major issues, shock was completely intact.
Completely dishonest would not recommend.
As a side note, most beautiful customer waiting area ever seen in an auto shop. Likely due from the exorbitant fees they gather from dishonest practices.

I had them do a few jobs on my e39. The online quote and approval tools are very handy for seeing the real cost of the work they provide. I also really like how they take images and videos under the hood with before and after pics so you can see that the work they suggest is really needed and not just made up.
