Because it takes time, and honestly years to develop a high level of expertise in the art of sugaring we offer 2 price levels: Senior and Regular (and sometimes Junior and Rookie level too). The prices above reflect our Regular Price Rate, our Junior Rate is 25% off and Rookie Rate is 50% off of our Regular Price.

Seated in our specialized brow chairs in natural daylight, we analyze your brow shape and growth pattern and discuss your brow wishes.
These compressed skin care treatments are the clear answer to skin care maintenance when you are short on time and yes, even budget. What's more, our unique skin bar format means we can customize and adapt your treatment on the fly. A touch of fairy dust (or mineral powder) before you go, we send you back to the office glowing and flawless!
It's a procedure that uses tiny crystals to exfoliate the superficial layer of dry, dead skin cells, AKA "glowing skin miracle worker!" Microdermabrasion stimulates blood flow, improving cell production, and in turn skin's elasticity and texture. I had a really nice expereince here. It's quiet and clean and relaxing and the prices are resonable. Jen did my treatments and did a really great job - she was gentle and precise and I love what she did. The front desk associate was also very lovely. Never have my eyebrows looked this good! I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for years but today was hands down the best experience ever. Nina is the absolute best - I got a nice little massage of the brows before the wax and the waxing itself was basically painless.

Maria did my brows today and I always leave with natural and perfect brows! Last time I had them done by Marie-France and she was just as amazing. The receptionist Keisha is always so positive and friendly. Overall, they have incredible staff and a beauty shop. Definetly recommend them to anyone who cares about their brows!

Had their brow waxing service and the results were great. Two major issues, there is no parking lot which can be troublesome and also the technicians do not wear face shields. This is not only a risk to customers but dangerous for the staff as well. With someone working on your face for 15 mins or so at a time it’s not the most safe experience. Would come more regularly after covid.

Spa Junkie is the absolute best waxing and sugaring experience I've had since I arrived in Ottawa! I arrived here from another city and wasn't sure which would be the best new place to do my waxing but Spa Junkie is really the best. Their place is impeccably clean, their customer service is wonderful, they're good at communicating, their staff are wonderful, helpful, considerate, and a joy to work with. They're fast, as well, and keep things a lot less painful than I was expecting. I love it here!

I have been in search of a new salon that does sugaring since my move to Ottawa from Toronto, let me just say, not only was my aesthetician incredibly professional and thorough, but it was by far the LEAST painful Brazilian I have ever had! (And I was sugared throughout my pregnancy) I will absolutely be going back and recommend

Was able to get in on short notice for eyebrow shaping and waxing. It was my first time at spa junkie. The place is very clean and bright. Lovely front desk staff, offered a drink while I waited. I had Marie France do my brows and she was excellent! Very professional and discussed what I wanted and what she could do for my brows. Service was quick and relatively painless. Will 100% return to keep my brows in good shape. Just keep in mind you can only tip with cash.

I was interested in getting sugaring done and had remembered my friend mention Spa Junkie. I made an appointment over the phone & the receptionist was very helpful with my questions. The staff were very friendly & the technician was AMAZING! She made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment.

Visited one time to get my brows done here. For about $20 it was great service: the technician re-shaped my brows using a mixture of hot wax and tweezing, then applied concealer and brow powder. Also got a nice little forehead/eyebrow area massage. The re-shaping didn't hurt at all and I loved how my new brows looked!
Would recommend for anyone who's feeling BLAH about their brows. Quick, very friendly service. You can walk in and walk out with awesome brows.

Louise was amazing! I was very specific about how I wanted my eyebrows shaped as I was trying to grow them out after a traumatizing experience of overly-threaded eyebrows! Not only did she listen to what I wanted, she delivered exactly that and more! My eyebrows looks amazing but there's still room for them to grow and shape out well! Looking forward to my next appointment :)

I couldn't have given Spa Junkie a better review after my first experience. I told everyone I knew who might use their services about how great of a place it was, but after my 2nd visit I couldn't be more disappointed with the service (or lack thereof).
My appointment was schedule at 5:00pm. When I was having trouble finding a parking spot (downtown parking is a nightmare in Ottawa) I called to notify the spa that I was running late. While I was on hold, I managed to park the car & walk to the spa so I hung up right before I entered the

Ok. All I did was brows but WOW is the best way to describe it. Louise is not only an architect but a magician. I don't do brows, ever. I'll pluck a hair here or there but that's about it.
She said she would change my life and she did. I look awake, refreshed and just great overall. She also applied brow powder and foundational powder that wasn't heavy and got rid of my black circles. I don't live close but I will for sure be back!
