Had a great experience with LCI. All the staff at the clinic are so lovely and welcoming. A huge shout out the receptionist and especially Cristina for making my experience very comfortable for laser hair removal, considering I have ZERO pain tolerance. She was patient, understanding and very professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get Laser Hair Removal done.

Christina was fantastic to work with for Laser Hair Removal. She is warm, friendly, professional, and has a way of putting you at ease. You can tell that she loves helping people feel confident, and she even zapped a few strays that were outside of the contracted area, free of charge! I have always found the receptionist staff to be very friendly and warm as well, and would 100% recommend LCI to anyone!

I'm nearing the end of my laser hair removal journey and it's safe to say that the process has been incredible! I was skeptical of the procedure because some machines aren't safe for darker skin tones, but Cristina thoroughly explained the process to me and how the Nd:YAG machine works when treating me. She's incredibly kind and easy to work with and it's made the process easy and comfortable. The receptionists are really nice and welcoming, too. Totally recommend Cristina and her team to anyone who's looking to get laser hair removal!

I came here to get a dermaplanning treatment. Entering the spa was awkward and the staff were unprofessional. It did not feel welcoming. The aesthetician that did the treatment was quite aggressive to the touch… moved and adjusted my face to her comfort pretty abruptly. (Worrisome for a treatment with incision risks).
The blade ended up nicking my skin and from that second there I was very nervous that I would get cut again during the rest of the procedure. I understand that these things can happen with such a treatment but after looking in the mirror the cut was quite deep and left me with

I just finished my six session of hair removal and I am happy with the result. Cristina is very professional and make her client comfortable, she sets the right expectation from the begining. I have done laser sessions before somewhere else but the result was so disappointing after a few month. This time I was a little skeptical at the begining but the three months lock down didn't affect the result and I am very happy with that.
