I went with severe neck pain to this physiotherapy clinic and I met Manny who takes care of me and he is very knowledgeable and experienced with his work. He's very friendly and approachable and willing to assist with any health related problems. Also the staff is very friendly andJessica was very helpful and experienced in her work. Also, the place was very clean. I would recommend anyone to go to Manny for treatment, you will not regret it, he is not only a physiotherapist, he is the type of person that would assist you with any situation occurring. Fed up with long public health care system in Canada and previously trying other physiotherapist, I stumbled upon an advert on instagram. That was the best thing happened to me. I spoke with therapist Dhaliwal over the phone and visited his clinic very next day. I am very happy with the streamlined service prices by Mr. Dhaliwal. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I am very hopeful the treatment here will make change to my life. Very helpful staff and main thing you will get empathy and they will listen to you

While Dr Sunny, took his time and due diligence in taking care of my pain, and the small Guyanese Physio rep (sorry I don’t remember her name) was polite and caring, the tall female physio rep, rushed my treatment. They usually knock before entering, which she didn’t. She just came in, then stood over me, then took the heating pads off before the electro- therapy was even over. I find consistently with her she is short with me and acts very suspicious around me.

Due to some miss communication, not being transparent. I have to my pay from my pocket which doesn't make sense since I'm completely covered. Will not be visiting or recommending it.
Wish they would've been more transparent prior.
The fact I have been told something different just before the treatment just doesn't sound fair.
Chiropractor Riaz has been great though, wish I can rate him individually, but this is for the entire centre.This is a genuine feedback and they have my name on my file. If anyone like to reach out, go ahead. Thanx
