Services
We choose to perform almost every procedure (examinations, blood & urine collections, injections) in the exam room in your presence so that you will know exactly what is being done, and how. If it is necessary to take your pet to the treatment area in the back, you are also welcome there.
In the case of surgical/dental procedures, we can accommodate one family member per pet to stay as well, but this must be pre-arranged with the attending veterinarian.

We are here to help you during times of illness as well as good health: Nutritional information and products, allergy strategies, dental care, skin care, behavioural consultations, individually tailored vaccination & parasite control programs, on-site laboratory services, digital x-rays, surgical procedures, laser therapy, pain management, referrals to local specialists and compassionate end-of-life care are just a few of the many services we can skillfully provide for dogs and cats.
NOTE: This is NOT a 24-hour care facility, you will need to take your pet home or to us before they close at 9am on weekdays. Any male cat who is VOMITING - this could be a sign of urinary tract obstruction which is an extremely painful and life-threatening condition that can lead to death due to kidney failure and even bladder rupture.
Park Animal Hospital is an AAHA accredited and AAFP Gold Level Cat Friendly certified practice with a strong focus on being kind to the environment while maintaining the highest level of medical care for our patients. We are honoured to be entrusted with helping your furry family members and will treat them with no less love than we treat our own.
Exam room 1 is spacious and has large windows with window sills for the cats to enjoy. There are no stainless steel tables here and the anti-slip mat makes the examination experience more comfortable. Exam room 2 is not as large or as bright as exam room 1 but it allows us complete darkness for a better eye exam and more privacy.

This clinic is second to none. Itâs a little more expensive than most, but the care your animals are given, and the knowledge behind the veterinarians they are worth every penny. The technicians and the front desk Are so knowledgable, kind, and good with our animals. Dr. White cared for my animals most of their lives, and is amazingly and Dr. Fenger as well. These veterinarians love your animals as their own.

We met under rough circumstances - but I am so thankful I brought my dog here for his final day with us. The staff was patient and kind, and we felt so loved - as if we've all known each other for years. We were treated like family and then some! This is something that they don't need to do, but the fact that they make you feel so at home is truly an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for everything you have done for us, and we look forward to you meeting our future dog(s). Really appreciate everything you've done for us during this extremely difficult time

I love this place! My dog loves this place and never wants to leave when he gets here! The entire staff is SOOOO friendly! If youâre looking for a vet, go to this one because theyâre the most amazing people Iâve ever come across!

We only discovered Park Animal Hospital a couple of years ago and wish we had done so many years earlier. We spent 15 + frustrating years at a different vet nearby that gave us terrible service, nearly killed our cat with a combination vaccine with a bad reaction. THANKFULLY, we were able to take our cat to PARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL for the last couple of years. ALL the staff are caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Fenger was responsive to our needs, given that our cat was in her senior years. Last week we had to make the tough decision to part with our kitty and all the staff were very supportive and responsive

We lost our family member Zuri, an African Serengeti cat. She was 1 day shy of her 11th birthday. Never in my existence have I ever seen a team of animal care Doctors and nurses pull together to do their best. The disease was just far too aggressive...but they tried everything for her and us. Dr Fenger, Maddi and the entire healthcare professionals at Park Animal Hospital treated Zuri as if she was their own; they wept with us as we said goodbye to Zuri. There are no words to define the depth of our sadness, but Zuri left us in dignity, comfort and grace because of Park Animal Hospital. Thank you

Itâs Christmas time and we thought that you should hear our story in case you have any doubt about this clinic.
During October/COVID 19 pandemic, our 3-month-old puppy got sick, after being with our family for only 3 weeks. We called Park animal hospital. They were fully booked but took our little Ash for exam, squeezing him in between other appointments. Whatâs important to mention is that they never saw or met us before. Dr. Gitte Fenger assessed him and had a concern about his well being and recommended transfer of our puppy to Oakville emergency hospital. Due to our unavailability to take
