I brought my car last year, and also today. I forgot to review it on 2020, they really did a good job on my audi q7. They fix a lot of things for reasonable price and my car was perfect afterwards. Today I brought it for a service and for the tires to be changed. I recommend it. They are fair with prices and do a good job. That's why people continue bringing their cars there. I would not change them.

My Audi a4’s cylinder failed to have required compression ratio and moreover engine was eating engine oil. Tim and his team did a great job in rebuilding. So far no issues or no oil consumption. Going to him for a oil change after 1000 kms. Loved his expertise. Would recommend him for sure

I brought my car (b7 Audi A4) to be diagnosed for a misfire, ended up needing a complete engine rebuild which was done in 3 weeks. Upon getting the car back I had an issue that was fixed immediately.
I can't find one bad thing to say about the mechanics (which were all approachable and informative) or the shop which was cleaner and more organized than the average. I am 100% happy with TSH Auto's customer service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a trusted, dependable and knowledgeable shop to service their Audi, BMW, Mercedes, European vehicles.

These people are cheater. I went to them, they charge me $90 Dollars for diagnosis only and they did absolutely wrong diagnosis. They told me that your bearing in transmission has to change and later they called me that the problem was not that which they diagnosed earlier. Bushes in the transmission has to be change which cost me $2100 Dollars. I… told them to pack it as it is. Then they said we did the alignment and wheel balancing and a removed a nail from tire and made a bill of $665 Dollars for absolutely nothing. The problem for which I came was still there and later on another mechanic

I had an issue with a couple ignition coils I had bought online for my beloved Audi RS 4. My engine was still misfiring. Took the car to TSH Auto. Tim explained to me the parts I had purchased were not genuine and thus the issue persisted. He sold me genuine coils from the dealer at the same price I had bought the fake ones online. Issue: resolved. Great guy, extremely customer focused, and more than reasonably priced!
