True North Screen Printing is a business located in Vancouver British Columbia that specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and laser cutting. We will even drop ship them to your clients. Our orders can be from 50 pieces, to tens of thousands of garments. We are able to do this because of our top of the line tools.
We use high quality, Japanese made Murakami S-mesh in our screens. High quality mesh is stronger, has more open area for brighter, softer prints, and allows us to stretch it to optimum tension levels. We stretch screens in house on our Newman Roller Master. This ensures that we have extremely accurate mesh tensions.

Services
One work order form per graphic. Once you have that ready, please return to your sales person. You will receive a digital mock up within a reasonable time after your order has been placed. You will need to approve the mock-up before proceeding with production. True North is not responsible for delayed production due to pending approval.
Scaling artwork for different shirt sizes is not an option unless you're ordering thousands of shirts, or your rich uncle Tony left you lots of money. Each different size of graphic needs new screens setup. Don't worry most clients of ours find a happy medium and find a graphic size that fits on all of the sizes they are printing.

We have a direct account with AA and can get anything they offer to the wholesale community at a great price.

Simply put, they went above and beyond to help me out with my quick order. Initially they did not have the hats I wanted to use, so I left it at that,, I then got an email from Kaz. He reached out to me and let me know they had some available. After a few back and forth emails we got everything finalized and the order was good to go. Extremely prompt replies on emails at all hours of the day!

I wanted to design 2 custom hoodies and visited the location back on May 28th and spoke with a worker named Julian. I went to this place on referral as they were suppose to be a 'high-quality & reliable company'. We went over all the details; price, material, design etc. I sent him an email on the same day May 28th/21 outlining my exact design as he asked. He quoted me a price and things were set to go. I changed one part of the design and emailed this to him on May 31st. I even offered to come in person to explain the change, if this would help or make it easier. I received

On November 29th I placed an order for the "BC Parks Patches" eight-patch set for $75 as a gift for a family member. I paid $10 in shipping. The patches didn't ship until December 13th, two full weeks later! What were they doing for two weeks? I have no idea - there was no email from them explaining what was going on. I emailed the address on file for the order. No response after over a week. Maybe there's a reason for the two week delay, but if a customer's question is ignored, who knows?
The Arrive app they use was a pain to set up, and after I set it up I was unhelpfully informed no tracking

Hey I made an order through VIA. I came 3 times to pick it up over Christmas time and it was closed. I left several voicemail messages as well and no one got back to me. I ended up picking up the order last week and the clerk at the front was nice and apologetic and confirmed that you were closed without any posted signage, or an updated voicemail message.

Andrew and his team helped us with merchandise for an event we had and they really exceeded our expectations. The True North staff was helpful, detailed, and had really great suggestions. They never try to up-sell us and the shirts came out looking amazing! We are already working on our next project with them and will be recommending them to others.
