My daughter has sever dentist anxiety. We've been to 2 pediatric dentists prior to going to Toothville and Toothville is by far the best! The receptionists are nice and welcoming and the hygienists are kind, patient, and great at their job. The dentist was wonderful and they don't overcharge!!! The atmosphere is great too! The dental chairs are massage chairs and there are tv's. My daughter is almost 12 so they gave her an oral b electric toothbrush...no charge.
Finally my daughter is calm during her dental visits and trusts the hygienists and dentists. I highly recommend Toothville Family Dentistry

I love all the staff at this office. I’ve been going here for over 5 years now and I haven’t had any complaints. My family says the same. The staff have always been really kind and they always remember me, so it’s like we’re picking up conversations right from where we left off. Talking with your hygienist or dentist here isn’t miserable, it’s actually enjoyable LOL. This is the only dentist I’ve gone to in my life where I have fun whenever I go. I highly recommend Toothville to anybody looking for high quality and fun dental service!

A very relaxed environment. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I especially enjoyed my first visit today as I had a superb dental cleanup. Shandel is outstanding and is very attentive to one's needs. Cleanups for me are usually painful but she made sure that my sufferings were to a minimum. Well done Shandel !

I have always had nothing but positive experiences at Toothville. Going to the dentist can be nerve racking for me, but the employees at Toothville are always so kind and going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had Kathleen for my last cleaning and she was so sweet and made me feel right at ease the moment I met her. A couple years ago I came in and saw Shandel for my cleaning and she was also amazing! She even remembered me when I came in 1.5 years later. What used to be a daunting experience for me has now become nothing but positive and I have Toothville to thank for that!

Today, I had an appointment for a root canal with Dr Anwar Al gertani. I was very nervous and anxious, she took the time to explain every single step throughly. she had the lightest hands ever. I didn't feel the needle or anything throughout the whole appointment. She has an amazing sense of humor that makes you forget about your anxiety.I don't feel any pain after the procedure and the fillings looks fantastic. Also, Lisa at the front she is very warm and welcoming.she tried to accommodate me in the schedule and helped me understand everything in terms of my insurance. The office is super clean

My son had his first dentist appointment here a year ago after Toothville Family Dentistry was recommended to us. Before going, he was petrified, but all the staff we encountered from the moment we walked in were so kind and amazing! A year later, when we went for our next appointment, my son was so excited to go which made my life so much easier! Dr. El Gamal and Caitlyn/Katelyn(?) were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. Because I am busy working, single mom and had to attend a funeral yesterday. My appointment got canceled because I didn’t text back. My appointment was booked written down and because someone does not check their email daily means you cancel appointments.

I went to this dentist with trepidation as I am not a fan of any dentist. I had a whole new experience! What delightful people and Dr. El Gamal was a pleasant and caring man. Now my whole family go to this dentist and they love the people there (as much as you can, going to the dentist!). Very good children's dentist. The kids love it there.

Amazing clinic, amazing staff, great experience every time!! Jolene the dental hygienist was so great with my 2 yr old I will never take her anywhere else!! I recently change paid my first and second visits to Toothville after being a long time client at Northern Hills Dental. The reason for the change was that they did not value my time. In the Alberta where dental fees are not regulated and we pay the highest dental fee in the country, all I ask is that we get treated right at the appointment and not be a waste of my time. You can read my Yelp review of them if interested. Back to Toothville... it is a small dental clinic but the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The appointments were on-time and I felt like my business was valued there

My kids HATE going to the dentist, until now. My daughter’s review “they are so gentle and don’t ram the dentist tools in my mouth.” My son actually reminded me that he should have his teeth cleaned. That… hasn’t happened in his 10 years of life! Lisa is super friendly and helpful setting up appointments and putting through the billing to insurance.

Shout to toothville! My son had his first dentist appointment today! The staff here are amazing! They made sure he felt comfortable and that there was nothing to be afraid of! After we left all he could talk about was how nice and clean his teeth were!! (He's 3) thanks so much for making his fist visit enjoyable!!
