Joe began his Sandy Lane career as Parts Manager in 2015. Shortly after, he took on a Service Advisor position, and takes great pride in helping clients find the best solutions and make important decisions about their vehicles every day. Joe is an avid outdoorsman. When he is not educating clients on their vehicle's maintenance and service, you can find him snowmobiling, fishing or dirt biking.
Tony has been with Sandy Lane Auto since 1995. He is a Master Red Seal Technician and has many certifications in Automotive Service/Facility Management. Tony had spent many years focusing on automotive diagnostics but these days quality service and client relationships are what drive him. Mario came to Canada in April of 2014.
Audi is another one of the premier German brand vehicles we service at Sandy Lane Automotive. Our staff is trained and understands the complex Quattro (all wheel drive) system that is popular in most Audi vehicles sold in Canada. We have Audi specific diagnostic tools and software like Autologic, VAG COM and VCDS to help diagnose your Audi vehicle.
At Sandy Lane Automotive, our journeyman technicians spend up to 100 hours per year educating themselves on the intricacies of your BMW to ensure it performs and feels like it did when it was new. We invest in the best BMW diagnostic technology with our Autologic diagnostic equipment so we can tap into your ultimate driving machine.

Great place, nice customer service. Took my car in for a brake bleed after repairing a broken line. They were very friendly, fair priced and gave me a complimentary ride home and free inspection & even washed my car off for me. They didn't try to up sell me on any parts or work they just gave me the inspection sheet with a quote. Friendly people actually a decent shop which is hard to come by .

I found everyone to be very friendly. Even when I was in my vehicle waiting outside everyone that walked by smiled as they entered the building. I was greeted warmly and they made me feel like I was special. They replaced the turbo in my little car and also checked everything over so see if there were any other issues. They contacted me before completing any repairs and explained what needed to be done. I was very surprised to see my car was washed before I picked it up. That was just an added bonus. I was not feeling very confident driving my car before bringing it to Sandy Lane but now am happy

I had a fantastic experience with this shop Westend of Edmonton, very knowledgeable staff, on time shuttle service, seamless transaction with my insurance provider and very transparent. Highly recommended for those looking for excellent service and optimum value for your money. I won’t go anywhere for our vehicle periodic maintenance job 👍🏼

Not very many mechanic shops (or businesses in general), would take as much time as Sandy Lane did to get to the bottom of a problem.
I had a bad experience, due to a mis-communication, but the owner took more than half an hour to talk it over with me.
In the end, they went over and above my expectations and saved me a lot of time and money.
I appreciate the attention and time they gave.

Super friendly, professional and honest.. instantly you feel well taken care of when you arrive. (AND they have a nice waiting area with a super clean washroom and stocked change table.. anyone with babies will appreciate that their kid won't have to sit around in a soiled diaper, crying, while they get their repairs done!) I took a quote in that… another shop quoted for nearly $3200 and not only did they find irregularities, they quoted the repairs that were actually needed at $2000 less. We are grateful a shop like this exists! (its no wonder they have made it over 50 years!)
