Eric Sanderson has an osteopathic manual practice located in downtown Toronto. He operates a busy referral based practice that is focused on providing clients with a wide variety of manual osteopathic techniques, amongst other skills, to address a variety of health issues. As a healthcare provider, Eric has been practicing since 1999 at his clinic in Ontario.
Osteopathy is a field of medicine that emphasizes normal body mechanics and manipulation to correct faulty body structures, particularly the nerves, muscles, bones and joints. Osteopathic medicine is one of the two health fields nationally recognized as complete schools of medicine. Manual physiotherapy is a specialized form of physical therapy in which practitioners use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints.
