No steamed rice includiles with a curry dish.
Ordered pad Thai with shrimp and beef, shrimp was uncooked and beef was dried out. Very poor quality. Won't be ordering from here again.

I am new to the area and decided to try out Iyara Thai one night. I liked it so much that I ordered it again the following night! I loved the thai creamy soup, which was very flavourful and delicious; I added mussels to mine, and there were a lot of them, which was great! I've tried a few appetizers as well, which were also delicious. I will definitely be back to try some more menu items soon!

First time ordering from this place. I'll start with the pros.
Pro: good portions, lots of shrimp, and the (vegetable) Tom Kha soup was phenomenal.
Con: The pad thai was extremely disappointing. The only good thing about it was the amount of shrimp (most places really skimp put on this) and the crushed peanuts. Unfortunately I did not get my extra lime (despite it being written on the container it came in), and the dish was 90% dry noodles.

Please don’t try the Pad Thai wrapped in egg with tiger prawns. In the menu it says chef’s suggestion but this dish was really bad. Overcooked noodles, the tamarind sauce was too overpowering (this coming from a person who’s used to eating tamarind). This dish is nowhere close to a pad thai.
The tom yum soup also was no good.
The only thing we liked from our order today was the pineapple fried rice and massaman curry. There are better thai places in the city, I won’t come back here.

Disappointing! Ordered the Pad See-Ew and the noodles were cut into 1" long pieces. Almost impossible to eat. Extremely dry, no sauce, no flavour at all.
Also the Thai crab puffs were basically burnt on the top. Very bitter taste.
Panang curry was very good though. Great flavour and spice.

We absolutely LOVE this restaurant and went through a phase where we ordered it once a month!! Every time we order it is fresh and hot. The red curry is by far my favourite! I would recommend ordering 2 sides of rice per person as there tends to be more curry than rice. 10/10 recommend 😍

We have ordered from this restaurant for a few years now and the food is always great. However we have had many instances where the order is not correct. Tonight the restaurant prepared our order and forgot to add the rice that we ordered and paid for. When we called to ask for help to fix the situation they told us there was nothing they could do. So disappointing for a place we like to order from. Just a heads up to check if your orders are complete. It’s such good food it’s sad when you don’t get to enjoy what you ordered.

Small place in a strip mall by the old Vasalund site. It was fantastic, great service, wonderful food. It might be a bit far out, but worth a trip, especially if you're in the area.

I love the food here, especially the tom-kha soup, but there are some items on the menu that I think are lacking flavour - the pad Thai was a little bit disappointing. I would say I enjoy the soups more over main dishes. When I've dined-in service has been pretty good. The lunch features for about $12.99 I believe are also superb.
Nonetheless, I still really enjoy the food - I wish the prices were a little less compared to some other small restaurants, but I understand that this is a family-run business and regardless, Iyara Thai has my coin!
