Worst spray tan I’ve ever had! So uneven do to their machine being old and outdated. My normal place was closed due an electrical issue so I went here out of desperation because I was leaving for a trip. Way more expensive too than my regular place for a poorer looking tan. They charge extra if your want a darker colour which is weird since most places it’s the same price regardless. The staff were very nice but their spray tan machine is not good. Don’t waste your money. They also took their bronzer out of the spray so you don’t get an “instant” glow which you leave which is disappointing

A Day at the Spa- Kitchener Sunmagic...
... we re going away on a trip and since I burn real easy decided to pre tan before we go!!! ...I decided to try The SunMagic tanning salon in Kitchener last Wednesday! -Weber street location..as I used to go to the Cambridge location before it closed.....as I was in the area...I decided to try the weber st location...the place was very clean and tidy!
Jessica was great! She was very friendly, efficient and helpful! It had been several years since my previous Spray-Tan- (mystic tan) but she didn't rush me and explained everything ... it was a GREAT

I came here as my friend recommended and had an amazing time doing a spray tan for my first time. Both Jessica and Purdip from both locates are absolutely wonderful. They really took their time to explain the whole process to me and walk me through everything. I couldn't have asked for an better experience and love my results!!! I will definitely be back for another spray tan and will continue to be a customer. I really recommend coming to this beautiful salon! Amazing service and amazing employees that actually take the time and care about your needs! Love it!

This is the best place in KW. I use both locations and the staff and services are top notch. I personally like the big tanning beds and my favourite is the Sun Board. Very relaxing and gentle on my skin. I also use the mystic spray tan and massage services on occasion. The massage therapists are super. The hot stone massage is amazing.

All the positive reviews are generally posted by family and friends of staff and owners. I’ve tanned with sun magic since I was 18 years old (7 years) and sent numerous friends and family to their establishment, only to be treated absolutely horribly because one of the staff was a friend of mine and the friendship dwindled so I was mistreated as a result. I have spent so much money here(all they care about is money not returning business) they didn’t speak with their staff about bashing people and yelling at them in their salon, showing personal information off the computer to myself and others

This is a professional facility. Very well trained and efficient staff. Great selection of UV tanning equipment that caters to various skin types. Extremely clean and tidy rooms. I just did a Mystic Spray Tan. Awesome result and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Price options vary from $39.95 to $9.95 per spray tan, depending on the plan you are on. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a very professional salon.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. In that time, the quality and consistency of the service has remained top notch. Great service, friendly staff, awesome tanning beds, convenient hours and no appointments required. I have free tanning at the gym, but honestly, you get what you pay for and my skin is worth more. I highly recommend Sun Magic and will be a customer for life.

I have been to MANY tanning salons but Sun Magic is hands down the best! The prices are great and if you become a member the perks are even better! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable (Jess) always helps me out and is a wonderful employee. There is nothing to worry about here except for having a relaxing experience and of course leaving looking and feeling great!
