After graduating with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010 from the University of Alberta, Arri began gathering his extensive experience working with clients of all ages (from 5 to 95!) and all levels of mobility and function. Challenging himself to create unique treatment plans to optimize outcomes for each individual truly drives his passion for physiotherapy.
At Optimize Physiotherapy, our experienced therapists treat a wide range of different injuries and conditions so you can move freely and in the ways that you want. A women's health physiotherapist is specially trained to rehabilitate the pelvic floor muscles. Our physiotherapist can help to increase mobility and strength and reduce pain with manual techniques, gentle stretches, and exercise.
Your first appointment will consist of a thorough assessment, including history of your current injury, medical history, goals and a full physical exam to determine your diagnosis. After that, you will receive treatment from your physiotherapist within that same appointment. This will likely include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and any adjunct modalities that are warranted.
At Optimize Physiotherapy, we use hands-on manual therapy techniques and a combination of other treatments for the highest level of care. At your initial assessment, we perform a complete musculoskeletal examination. A clinical diagnosis is established to identify the nature of your case. Based on your assessment, we initiate a personalized physiotherapy treatment for you.

Optimize does it right. Don't get it twisted, well actually, if you do get it twisted, they will fix it. But I digress.
I needed real help reviving the function on my right leg. Optimize physio succeeded where other institutions have failed, and I am grateful.

These guys are the best! I have been coming to Optimize for years and would not go anywhere else. The physio’s there understand the sports that I do, from contact sports to ultra marathons. They help me heal up and make sure I am ready to go for race day. If you need help recovering or to rehab an old injury, come see these guys first!

I work with both Arri and Courtney and their team approach is amazing. Both spend the time to really understand the issues and the treatment plan. Their focus is on movement, strength and building the foundational strength to appropriately deal with injury and get you recovered faster. The staff if always really great on the phone with bookings and accommodating. Wonderful place.

We have used Optimize Physio for about 4 years. Our daughter had lots of success after her car accident. My husband and I are currently undergoing treatment there. Ari is amazing, he is very friendly and professional. If he isn't available we have seen the other physio therapists there. They are all good and friendly. They all work together to provide the best treatment. The receptionists are easy going and professional on the phone. I would recommend any of the physio therapists.

Aaron has always been such a huge help and encouragement! He is knowledgeable and has always got me back to 100% very quickly! I was recently bucked/tossed from a horse had whiplash and hip pain from my fall! within a few treatments I was feeling great and getting back to my normal routine!
All the staff are amazing always smiling, they do their very best to keep you comfortable!

The entire team at Optimize Physio is unbelievable. After struggling with neck and back issues, Aaron completely fixed me up. The team is so attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met and you get back to feeling great. Hands-down the most professional and welcoming physiotherapy clinic I have been to. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and always willing to help you tackle any injury or problem, big or small. After a motor vehicle accident last year, Aaron, Arri and the entire team at Optimize have been wonderful in supporting my recovery. Not only did the treatments help my Whiplash injuries, the continuation of massage and regular physiotherapy have been instrumental at helping me achieve my new fitness goals, which in the past I did not think possible. Being able to continue these sessions virtually during this uncertain time has been extremely beneficial to not only my physical, but mental health as well. Aaron does a fantastic job educating and providing instructions for the at home exercises.
